2022, La Vacque Magnum Catarratto peppery notes of Pineau d’AunisEqual parts Syrah and Grenache from two plots mainly consisting of small and large rounded stones, similar to those found in Chteauneuf du Pape. The grapes are macerated with whole clusters for 4 weeks, after which the wine is aged for 12 months in old 3200L wooden barrels.
