Torre alle Tolfe is a historic estate northeast of Siena, with documented wine production dating back to 1316 making it one of the oldest in the area. The wine comes from vineyards at 330+ metres of elevation in the Colli Senesi hills, on soils of sand and Pliocene seabed rich in marine fossils. The 2022 vintage was made with hand harvesting, spontaneous fermentation, and a minimal
