2023, Barbera D'Alba DOC Superiore Grenache Blanc Vinification in stainless steel vatsEn fyldig og levende Barbera fra Borgogno Rivata, dyrket kologisk i sandet lerjord i Roero. Druerne spontangres og gennemgr omkring 20 dages maceration i stltank. Vinen modnes herefter et r i 50 % store neutrale fade og 50 % beton, flaskes uden klaring og filtrering og med minimal SO (<20 mg L) en typisk Barbera stil med frisk syre, dyb frugt og slanke tanniner.
