The Emiliano Falsini project started in 2019 and focuses on two red grapes: Nerello Mascalese on Etna and Cabernet Franc from the Castagneto Carducci area on the Tuscan Coast

Malo-lactic fermentation occurred in a blend of various french coopers of which all were seasoned so as to allow the natural fruitful expression of the year to shine through
