In 2014, Nikoloz Gogoladze graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Caucasus International University.
From 2015 to 2017, he earned a Master’s degree in International Management.
From 2017 to 2020, he studied at the Faculty of Business Technologies at the Georgian Technical University and was awarded an academic Doctorate in Business Administration in 2020.
2012–2013 – Co-founder of the Projects and Research Center at Caucasus International University.
2013–2015 – Project and Human Resource Manager at the software company Biznetix.
2015–2020 – Management specialist and invited lecturer at the State Teaching University of Physical Education and Sport of Georgia.
2016 – Senior Specialist at the Department of Sports Research and Analysis, Ministry of Sport and Youth Affairs of Georgia.
2018–present – Invited lecturer in sports management at the Georgian National Olympic Committee.
2019–present – Invited lecturer in entrepreneurship at the Vocational Education Center of Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University.
2020–present – Associate Professor of Sports Management at the State Teaching University of Physical Education and Sport of Georgia, at the Department of Theory, Methodology, Management, and History of Physical Education and Sport.
He has published around 20 scientific papers in the field of management and has participated in scientific conferences and competitions.
He has completed training programs focused on career development and professional growth.
He holds both local and international certifications in occupational safety and has earned an international certificate in sports management.
