Erasmus+ Academic Visit at SportUni
Within the framework of the Erasmus+ program, the Georgian State University of Sport recently hosted Patrycja Wiślak, a distinguished academic staff representative from the Józef Piłsudski University of Physical Education in Warsaw. The official visit took place from May 11th to May 15th.
A key highlight of the visit occurred on May 14th, when Wiślak delivered an engaging public lecture titled “Prevention of Sports Injuries and Risk Assessment: A Multifactorial Approach.”
The lecture, held at the university, brought together students, faculty, and sports science enthusiasts. Attendees gained valuable insights into modern methodologies for injury prevention and comprehensive risk analysis in athletics.
In addition to the public lecture, the visit fostered deep academic dialogue, providing university staff and researchers with the opportunity to discuss future collaborative initiatives and joint scientific projects with the Polish counterpart.
