From 1995 to 1999, studied at the Faculty of Coaching at the Georgian State Academy of Physical Education and Sport, where he was awarded a Bachelor’s degree in Coaching and Therapeutic Physical Culture.
From 1998 to 2002, graduated from the higher educational institution “Small Academy,” affiliated with the Association of Young Scientists. He studied at the Faculty of Business and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Banking Management.
On September 1, 2003, he was awarded the academic degree of Candidate of Biological Sciences, later followed by the academic degree of Doctor of Biology.
From 2002 to 2006, worked at the Georgian State Academy of Physical Education and Sport as a subject teacher, delivering courses in General Human Physiology and Sports Physiology.
From 2006 to 2007, was appointed Assistant Professor at the same academy. Simultaneously, during 2006–2007, served as Head of the Quality Assurance Office at the Faculty of Therapeutic Physical Culture.
From 2007 to 2008, worked as an Assistant Professor at Ilia Chavchavadze State University and Tbilisi State Medical University, where he lectured on General Human Physiology and Sports Physiology.
Since 2013, he has been an Associate Professor at the State University of Physical Education and Sport of Georgia, teaching courses in General Human Physiology, Sports Physiology, and Fundamentals of Fitness.
From 2014 to 2019, served as an Associate Professor at Teaching University “Geomed.”
Since 2023, he has continued his work at the State University of Physical Education and Sport of Georgia as an Associate Professor and Dean of the Faculty of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
