Education

In 1972, Teimuraz Lortkipanidze graduated from the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport at the Georgian State Institute of Physical Culture and was awarded the qualification of Teacher of Physical Education and Sport.
In 2000, he completed his studies at the Tbilisi Secular Institute “Ganatleba,” Faculty of Foreign Economic Relations, and earned the qualification of Economist.

Work Experience

In 1970, Teimuraz Lortkipanidze worked as a coach at the Railway Youth Sports School.
From 1970 to 1975 – he taught swimming at the Coaching School of the Georgian Institute of Physical Culture.
In 1976 – he worked as a swimming instructor at the Georgian Physical Culture Technical School.
From 1978 to 1987 – he was the head coach at Tbilisi “Dinamo” Youth Water Polo Sports School.
From 1983 to 1986 – he served as assistant coach of both the Georgian Youth National Water Polo Team and the USSR Youth National Team.
From 1991 to 2009 – he was the Head of the Sports Department at the Secular Institute “Ganatleba.”
From 2009 to 2011 – Deputy Director of the Georgian Research Institute of Sanitation and Hygiene.
Since 2000 – Director of the Georgian State College of Physical Education and Sport.
Since 2014 – Director of the Georgian State Public College of Physical Education and Sport.
Since 2014 – Associate Professor at the Georgian State Teaching University of Physical Education and Sport.
